Last updated July 27, 2026

01

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Giggre mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

02

Eligibility

Giggre is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Giggre is not intended for users under 18, and we may terminate accounts found to violate this requirement.

03

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, including your full name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@giggre.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

04

Description of Service

Giggre is an on-demand gig platform that connects Gig Hosts, who need short-term help, with Gig Workers, who are ready to work. Users may switch between Worker and Host modes at any time. Gigs may be posted as Quick Gigs (instant, location-based), Open Gigs (skill-based postings), or Offered Gigs (direct offers to a specific Worker).

05

Verification

To help maintain trust and safety on the platform, Workers may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID and, optionally, skill certifications. Giggre reviews verification documents and reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke verified status at its discretion.

06

Host and Worker Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for accurately describing the gig, including required skills, location, and budget. Workers are responsible for completing accepted gigs in good faith and in accordance with the agreed terms. Both parties agree to communicate honestly and to treat each other respectfully throughout the gig transaction.

07

Payments and Fees

Payments are currently facilitated through cash transactions confirmed by the App's 6-digit payment code system. Digital payment options are planned for a future release. Giggre's service fee structure will be announced prior to full commercial launch; until then, no platform fee is charged unless otherwise stated in the App.

08

Cancellations and No-Shows

Hosts and Workers may cancel a gig prior to its start, subject to any cancellation terms shown in the App. Workers who decline or fail to complete gigs too frequently may have their access to Quick Gig dispatches temporarily suspended, as reflected in their Worker Settings decline count.

09

Ratings and Reviews

After a gig is completed, both parties may be prompted to rate and review each other. Ratings must be honest and based on genuine experience. Giggre reserves the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise violate these Terms.

10

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to harass or discriminate against other users, to circumvent the App's payment or verification systems, to post false or misleading gig information, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Giggre's systems.

11

Communication Features

In-App messaging and voice/video calls are provided to facilitate communication between matched Hosts and Workers only. These features must not be used for spam, harassment, or any purpose unrelated to a legitimate gig transaction.

12

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a Host and Worker, including payment disputes, either party may submit a report through the in-App dispute feature. Giggre's support team will review the gig details, payment records, and account history to help resolve the matter, but Giggre is not a party to the underlying agreement between Hosts and Workers.

13

Account Suspension and Termination

Giggre may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the safety of other users. Users may also request deletion of their own account at any time through profile settings; deletion is permanent and data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

14

Limitation of Liability

Giggre acts as a platform connecting Hosts and Workers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any gig. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giggre disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users.

15

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify users of material changes through an in-app notification or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
